
Camp Fire Egg Roll Salad
A delicious Egg Roll Salad Recipe for Camping!
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Asian Style Salad Kit
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 unit Chopped Garlic (to your liking)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos (to taste)
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Onion, if you want – sautee with turkey
Instructions
- Cook the ground turkey until done, adding in as much garlic as you like to taste
- Add in the LETTUCE from the Asian Salad kit and stir for about two minutes. Keep the other condiments (dressing, nuts, etc) from the kit separate for now.
- Don't let the lettuce/salad get too soft! Keep it crunchier.
- Add in the above mentioned condiments from the salad kit.
- Add in Soy or Coconut Aminos to taste
- Remoe from fire. Slice up avocado for the topper!
